Wrong turn of the civilisation

I must put a disclaimer, I am not a learned guy, thick philosophy books send me to sleep. However, I like to think about the meaning(or lack of it) of my life.

Most of us, those who walk upright, sit in cars, stand on the platforms of train stations, don’t think about the meaning of it all. There is no need, everything is thought over for them.

The system which strives forward is the best — we are told. Those, who are a bit more honest, say that there is no better one. Progress for a better future is the only progress we must go for.

How absurd this notion is!

For the sake of the progress, we are ready to cut all the trees, poison the rivers, take any nutrition out of the land and finally, poison our bodies. Our minds are dumb down.

It takes a short pause to realise that there is no need for anything else, we have it all.

What we don’t have is compassion towards each other. We don’t need loaded words, we need less “love” and more acceptance.

Happiness is shallow and sadness is deeply felt. I hope that it is just a phase but this phase might kill humanity or a big part of it.

I will go dark here. Those who don’t like to think about death should stop here.

Death is the ultimate teacher, there is nothing more powerful than death. Death gives us a possibility to appreciate life. Somehow, we forgot it, instead, we pretend that she won’t come to visit us.

The system doesn’t work, it is collapsing on every level — either human sapiens take a step back and slow down or say “fuck it” and selfishly ignore the inevitable.
